Saudi Electricity Company issued new tender for the construction of 132kV overhead transmission line. The project location is in Jizan Area, southern region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project will be supervised, implemented and funded by Saudi Electricity Company.
The overhead transmission line will be constructed in the southern region between the towns Abu Qaeed and Baish.
The contractors need to bid on lump sum turnkey basis. Project scope of work includes design, engineering, material, procurement, construction.
Major material includes 132kV double circuit, overhead transmission line with One (1) ACSR/AW “Condor” (795kcmil) conductor per phase, latticed-steel structures, insulators, complete with all the accessories.
Approximate route length of transmission line is 10.2 kilometer
Project scope of work includes fibre optic cables along with the 132kV transmission line.
