Saudi Arabia’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry signed a project to build an investment tower.
The project has been signed by Saudi based Al Bawani Company.
The project location is in Dammam-Khobar Highway in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia.
The project value is SAR 335 million (1$=3.75 SAR).
Project Scope of works includes construction of 31 storey tower on lump sum turnkey basis which also includes civil, mechanical, electrical and plumping works.
The contractor needs to complete the project activities within 26 months.
