Saudi Arabia’s ROSHN, the largest real estate development company in Saudi Arabia announced in a statement awarding of contracts related to its first residential project.
The value of signed contracts is SAR 1.6 billion (USD 426,666,666).
The Projects has been awarded to following local and international firms:
- Rezaik Abdallah Al-Gedrawy & Co.
- Zuheir Ahmed Zahran and Company
- Al Akaria Hanmi
- POSCO E&C
- AWJ International
- C1 Company Building
The Project Will be located in the north of the Riyadh, near Airport.
The Project will be spread across 20 million square metres and consisting of over 30,000 homes. It is the first community to be announced by ROSHN as part of a 10-year mandate to develop communities across the country.
Roshn earlier announced that, the Project will be developed in 8 Phases. Homes will be available for sale during the first half of 2021. (read more)
