NHC awards $213million infrastructure contracts

Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) announced in a statement that it has  signed four agreements to develop the infrastructure for the second phase of the “Murcia” residential project in the suburb of Al-Jawan in Riyadh, and the “Khayala” project in the Al-Hamdania neighborhood in Jeddah.

The total of value of contracts are more than 800 million riyals .

The two projects are among the qualitative projects that are implemented in partnership with the private sector.

The second phase of the Murcia project, is located in a strategic location north of the capital, Riyadh. The Project will be implemented on an area of ​​5 million square meters, providing more than 9 thousand housing units that vary between villas, apartments and town.

This brings the project size in all its phases to approximately 14,300 housing units within the integrated residential and community environment.

The “Khayala” project is a continuation of residential projects with modern designs and integrated services that are distributed across the Jeddah governorate.

The plot area is extends over an area of ​​more than 1.5 million square meters in the northern part of the governorate and provides more than 3,500 housing units between villas, apartments and townhouses.
