Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (MADAYN), Oman invites bid for Construction of Sewege Treatment plant at Sur Industrial City in Muscat.
Sur Industrial City is located to the north-west of Sur along Sur-Muscat Highway, approximately 20KM from the center of Sur.
It covers a total area of 3610 ha. Total Length of Sur Industrial City is about 12 KM and the average width is 3 KM in the middle of the Industrial Area.
The Industrial City is categorized in several blocks for Heavy Industries, Light Industries, residential and commercial areas.
The total tenants in Sur Industrial City is around 115 tenants.
MADAYN is seeking for specialist Contractor or contractor to design and build a 500 m3/day STP plant in Sur Industrial City, lifting the raw water from collection tanks to the STP location and pumping the treated water to irrigation tanks from the treated water tank.
The Project involves the design, engineering, procurement, supply, delivery, construction, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, of a 500 m3/day capacity STP plant for industrial City.
Interested bidders can get complete bid documents upon the payment of tender fee of OMR 200.
Bidders need to submit a tender security of 1% of tender value along with the proposals.
At present, bid submission date is 16 September 2021.
