Taiba Investments, Saudi Arabia announced in a statement that it has awarded main contractor’s work for the construction of the Novotel Hotel project in Madinah on land owned by Al-AQEEQ Company.
The Project will be located in western area of the Prophet’s Mosque in the central area of Madinah, with a total area of (1822) square meters.
The Project has been awarded to Orient construction company – weavers.
The value of signed contract is SAR 238,308,423.
Novotel Hotel-Madinah is a four-stars hotel consisting of (18) floors with a ground floor and a mezzanine along with (12) frequent floors containing of royal suites and hotel rooms with a total of (394) hotel rooms. The hotel also contains a central restaurant and trade fairs, in addition to car parking and hotel services allocated from the fourth basement up to the mezzanine floor, statement mentioned.
