Nesma to invests over SAR 3.45 billion in NEOM’s residential communities Project

Nesma, Saudi Arabia announced in a statement that it will invests over SAR 3.45 billion into NEOM’s residential communities built using sustainable modular construction methods

As part of a wider SAR 21 billion project and private-public partnership, Nesma will develop, construct, and operate:

• 2 residential communities
•  Communities will cover an area over 1 million m²
• Accommodating 15,000+ residents

The communities will offering comprehensive amenities and services including multi-sports facilities, outdoor green spaces, health clinics, and convenience stores.

This project demonstrates the versatility of Nesma Group, whose team is made up of key players from various departments including Project Developers, EPC and O&M Contractors, and Manufacturers, statement mentioned.
