The public-private partnership project was awarded to the Alghanim International – Tamasuk consortium by the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia (MOH) in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP). It covers the financing, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and 20-year operations and maintenance of a 244-bed public emergency hospital and associated facilities.
