NASS CONTRACTING COMPANY (W.L.L) a wholly owned subsidiary of Nass Corporation B.S.C. , Bahrain announces that it has signed a contract to complete the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Medical City project, one of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s key healthcare initiatives.
The value of the contract is BHD 48.4 million (USD 128.9 million). The Contract was awarded by Arabian Gulf University.
As part of the contract, the company will execute the Construction works related to Phase I, package 6.
The medical city will include a teaching hospital with 300 rooms, clinical and outpatient buildings, 77 outpatient clinics, 15 operating rooms, 37 intensive care units, and six isolation rooms. It will also house medical education and research centres focused on regional health priorities such as diabetes, obesity, cancer, and cardiovascular disease.
