Saudi’s Ladun Investment subsidiary awarded Mixed-use Project in Abha

Ladun Investment Company, Saudi Arabia announces that its subsidiary Built Industrial Company signs a contract for the implementation of a mixed-use project in Abha, Southern region of Saudi Arabia.

The value of the Project is SAR 90.4 million. The contract was awarded by Arab Markets Company.

The mixed-use building project in Abha (Abha Walk) is located on King Fahd Road in the city of Abha. The project consists of six floors: the ground floor, first floor, and part of the second floor are designated for retail stores, while the remaining part of the second floor and the entire third to sixth floors are allocated for office spaces.

The scope of work includes the execution of all construction and architectural works, as well as electrical and mechanical systems, and common areas preparation, in accordance with the project documents, including drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities.

The duration of the contract is 18 Months.
