Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS), Saudi Arabia announces the signing of a framework agreement with Saudi Data Center Fund 1.
As part of the agreement, the company will expand existing data centers with an additional capacity of up to 112 megawatts along with the potential of developing new data centers.
Saudi Data Center Fund 1, represented by Saudi Fransi Capital acting in its capacity as fund manager. The value of the agreement will be determined upon receipt of development notices from Saudi Data center Fund 1, the company stated. The duration of the agreement is 36 months.
It is worth noting that Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) was the design-builder for the initial capacity already under development of 32 megawatts and is also the facility manager of these existing data center sites.
