Haji Hassan Group, Bahrain announces that it has won a major contract to expand Al Budaiya Road, one of Bahrain’s most significant upcoming road projects.
The contract, valued at BHD 29.19 million, was awarded after a competitive bidding process with leading construction companies.
The project includes the construction of 6.5 km of dual carriageways with 3 lanes each, 4 new traffic signals, pedestrian bridges, road paving, stormwater drainage with pumping stations, street lighting, and service road enhancements.
Once completed, traffic is expected to increase from 80,000 to 140,000 vehicles per day.
