Dar Al Majdiah Real Estate Company (Al Majdiah), Saudi Arabia announces the signing of a contract in Riyadh and Jeddah.
The Combined value of the contracts is SAR 453.6 million. The contract awarded to Tatweej Contracting Company.
The “Adeem Al-Fursan” residential project in Riyadh, which is one of the Company’s projects with the National Housing Company (NHC). The project is an off-plan development comprising 540 villas and townhouses. The scope of the contract includes construction, infrastructure, and all execution works in accordance with the approved specifications. The value of the contract is SAR 298.1 million.
The “Khayala 1” residential project in Jeddah, Company’s another projects with the National Housing Company (NHC). The project is an off-plan development comprising 528 residential units.. The scope includes construction, infrastructure, and all execution works in accordance with approved specifications. The value of the contract is SAR 155.4 million.
This contract is part of the Company’s expansion plans to develop high-quality residential projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and meeting the needs of the real estate market, company stated.
