Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al-Akaria) announces that it has awarded two Construction Projects in Riyadh.
The combined value of the contracts is SAR 763.78 million.
The first contract is related to the implementation of residential complex “Fai Sedra 2” in Sedra district – Roshn, Riyadh with Rezaik Abdullah Saeed Algedrawy Althabeti & Partners Co., Ltd at a value of SAR 425 million.
Scope of Works includes civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and external works, comprising a total of 310 villas of various sizes ranging from 250 sqm to 450 sqm, on a land area of 92,450 sqm.
The second contract is related to implementation of Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, And External Works of “ Al-Narjis Business Park “ at Al-Narjis district in Riyadh with Saudi Real Estate Construction Company (“Tamear”) , at a value of SAR 338,784,971.
