Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announces that one of its’ subsidiaries (Building Construction Company Limited) signed a contract with ROSHN Group related to design and build a residential project consisting of multifamily buildings within SEDRA community.
The value of the contract is SAR 461.9 million.
As per the contract, the company will design & build the infrastructure, landscape, and construct 6 residential buildings along with its’ related electromechanical works within SEDRA community by ROSHN Group in Riyadh City.
The duration of the contract is 28 months, starting from the date of receiving the notice to proceed.
