Foster + Partners and Public Investment Fund (PIF) have signed a non-binding MoU, to explore potential collaboration opportunities in the Saudi market.
This collaboration supports PIF’s local real estate strategy, which is driving economic transformation, as well as the growth and development of cities and their neighbourhoods throughout Saudi Arabia.
The partnership reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing investment in large-scale development initiatives under Vision 2030, including new city districts, hospitality assets, commercial hubs, and cultural destinations. Foster + Partners, known for its global architectural portfolio and work on high-profile international developments, is expected to bring design expertise that could contribute to shaping innovative and sustainable urban spaces within the Kingdom.
