Dar Al Majd Real Estate Company (Al-Majdiah), Saudi Arabia announces the signing of three real estate development agreements with the Jadwa Al-Manzel Real Estate Fund to develop residential projects in Riyadh.
The first project is related to develop a residential tower project in Riyadh, located on Olaya Street in the King Fahd district, on a land area of approximately 3,250 sqm, under the Off-Plan Sales Program (Wafi). The value of the contract is SAR 115.4 million. The duration of the contract is 42 months.
The second project is related to develop a residential compound project in the Hittin district of Riyadh, on a land area of approximately 14,709 sqm, under the Off-Plan Sales Program (Wafi). The value of the contract is SAR 85 million. The duration of the contract is 36 months.
The Third project is related to develop a residential apartments project in the Arqa district of Riyadh, on a land area of approximately 7,103.61 sqm, under the Off-Plan Sales Program (Wafi). The value of the contract is SAR 65.4 million. The duration of the contract is 30 months.
