Retal Urban Development Company announces the signing of a development agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC) for a residential real estate project located in Al-Fursan suburb (third area) in Riyadh City.
The value of the contract is SAR 5.2 billion.
The project aims to develop 4,839 residential units (villas/apartments), covering the design, marketing, financing, construction, completion, and delivery of the residential units in the villa and apartment zones, in addition to the execution of the project’s infrastructure on land spanning approximately 1 million square meters located in Al-Fursan suburb (third area) in Riyadh City.
Earlier, during November 2025, the company stated that it has awarded the project. (read more)
