ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al Jubail and Jubail Energy Services Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for a new Heat Treatment and Finishing Line in Jubail.
The event was attended by guests of honor from Saudi Aramco, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Investment, the Industrial Center, and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
The project represents an investment of approximately USD 400 million and will add 200 thousand tons per year of advanced heat treated and finished tubular capacity, strengthening our ability to support demanding and unconventional drilling requirements from within the Kingdom.
Developed in close collaboration with Saudi Aramco, the project supports local manufacturing, technical capability development, and long-term supply reliability for the energy sector.
The investment is supported by the Public Investment Fund and ArcelorMittal Global and reflects our continued commitment to Saudi Arabia’s industrial development and Vision 2030, statement mentioned.
