L&T’s Heavy Wall Pressure Vessel (HWPV) Facility, situated in the Royal Commission area of Jubail, announces the establishment of a Corporate Procurement Agreement (CPA) with Saudi Aramco.
The agreement was formalized in Dhahran in presence of Mr. Anil Parab, Whole-Time Director, L&T, and Senior EVP (Heavy Engineering & Manufacturing) along with Mr. Milan Raskapoorwala, Vice President, and Head – Reactor Pressure Vessel Business, L&T Heavy Engineering Division (India & KSA).
With a legacy of over five decades in heavy equipment manufacturing, L&T Heavy Engineering has delivered numerous globally renowned projects and currently managing the HWPV facility, inaugurated in 2023 as part of Saudi Arabia’s localization and IKTVA initiatives.
Following its 9COM approval, the HWPV facility has rapidly expanded its presence in the Kingdom, executing over 100 pressure vessels for Saudi Aramco and solidifying its position as a reliable and capable partner in the Saudi energy sector by implementing modern Digital Industry 4.0 technology.
During the occasion, Mr. Anil Parab expressed heartfelt gratitude to Saudi Aramco for the opportunity to enter into this Corporate Procurement Agreement and committed to bring latest hi-tech manufacturing to KSA. He commended the L&T HWPV team for being acknowledged as a preferred supplier for Aramco projects.
