Red Sea International Co., Saudi Arabia has confirmed that its subsidiary, The Fundamental Installation for Electric Work Co., has signed a significant subcontract agreement with Modern Building Leaders (MBL) to execute mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, along with associated civil construction activities, for one of the company’s key projects in Riyadh.
The contract holds a total value of SAR 175,933,849 and underscores Red Sea International Co.’s ongoing commitment to executing high-impact infrastructure developments across the Kingdom.
Through this agreement, the subsidiary will provide comprehensive MEP services and related civil works, supporting project timelines and quality objectives.
