Saudi Arabia Announces Qualified Bidders for One-Stop Station PPP Project

The Roads General Authority (RGA), in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization & Public-Private Partnership (NCP), announce the list of qualified consortia and companies selected for the pioneering One-Stop Station (OSS) Project, a major step in modernizing roadside services across the Kingdom.

Under the OSS initiative, Saudi Arabia is inviting private sector partners to help transform its expansive 73,600-kilometer intercity road network with state-of-the-art service facilities. The project was launched through an Expression of Interest (EOI) process as part of a 30-year Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) public-private partnership. (read more)

The qualified groups include four strategic consortia and two leading companies:

  • Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting Co. and Al Jeri
  • IC İçtaş İnşaat’t, Algihaz Holding, Al-Drees
  • Tech-Trade Global, Al Habbas, Fuelax, Markabat, Naqleen Co
  • PetroMin and Red Sea Housing
  • ASYAD and SASCO

These partners are now eligible to participate in the competitive procurement stages of the OSS Project. The facilities planned will include fuel stations, commercial zones, customer parking, driver rest areas, vehicle maintenance, and hospitality services, all designed to enhance the travel experience for residents and visitors alike.

The initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 by fostering private sector innovation and improving infrastructure efficiency. It reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to safer, more convenient travel along major highways.
