Abraj Energy Services SAOG, Oman has announced that it has received a Notification of Intended Award (NOIA) for a multi-year cementing services contract from OQ Exploration & Production. The notification was issued on 5 March 2026, marking another significant milestone in Abraj’s continued collaboration with leading operators in Oman’s oil and gas sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, Abraj Energy Services will provide cementing services to support OQEP’s upstream operations. The contract is expected to commence during the first half of 2026 and will support ongoing exploration and production activities.
The contract includes a base period of five years, with an option for extension. The total expected revenue from the agreement is estimated at approximately OMR 13 million. Abraj will deliver the services using its existing cementing units currently operating in Blocks 60 and 48, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity.
