Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has announced the signing of a significant contract with HUMAIN – a PIF Company, for the design and construction of a private data center dedicated to artificial intelligence technologies.
According to the company’s disclosure, the contract value exceeds 155% of MIS’s total revenues for 2024, including value-added tax. The contract was officially signed on March 4, 2026, following the award notification received on December 23, 2025.
Under the agreement, MIS will undertake the design and build of an advanced AI-focused data center, supporting the growing demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure and high-performance computing capabilities.
The project will be executed over a 12-month period, and the company expects the positive financial impact to begin reflecting in its financial results starting from the second quarter of fiscal year 2026.
The project highlights MIS’s expanding role in delivering advanced digital infrastructure and supporting Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing AI ecosystem.
