China Energy announces that the main structure of the first building of Dubai DAMAC Lagoon View Apartment Project jointly undertaken by China Energy Construction Group Co., Ltd. and China Energy International Group Co., Ltd. was successfully topped out.
The Project, located in a core development area of Dubai and covering plot No. 11 and No. 12, has a total of 8 high-end apartment buildings planned.
Its total construction floor area is approximately 90,000m2. The design of the Project deeply integrates modern architectural aesthetics with practical functions, featuring carefully configured drive-through parking, landscape swimming pools, outdoor activity center(s), and distinctive steel-structure decorative canopies. With its high-quality planning, it aims to create a livable and enjoyable modern residential space.
Upon completion, the Project will further enhance Dubai’s supply of high-end residential properties, providing local residents with better living choices and experiences.
