ROSHN Group, a PIF Company has signed a strategic agreement with Miskan Real Estate Development Company to develop residential units within the WAREFA community in Riyadh.
The project represents an investment valued at approximately SAR 650 million and will cover more than 68,000 square meters of land.
The agreement aims to deliver a range of high-quality residential units designed to meet diverse lifestyle needs and preferences. The development will reflect modern urban planning principles while maintaining high standards of construction, design, and community living.
The project forms part of ROSHN Group’s ongoing efforts to enhance residential offerings in the Kingdom and support the development of integrated communities in line with Saudi Arabia’s broader housing and urban development goals.
Through this collaboration, ROSHN Group and Miskan Real Estate Development Company seek to contribute to the growth of the Kingdom’s real estate sector by providing well-planned residential environments that combine quality, sustainability, and modern living standards.
