Mabanee Company, Kuwait has announced a significant financing update as it advances the development of its flagship Aventura Project. In collaboration with its partners in J3 for Management and Development of Lands and Real Estate W.L.L., an associate in which Mabanee holds a 35% equity stake, the company has signed an amendment to its existing financing agreement.
The revised agreement includes an upsizing of KD 31.4 million, bringing the total debt facility for the Aventura Project to KD 131.6 million. The financing carries a door-to-door tenure of 15 years and 8 months (194 months), providing long-term support for the project’s continued development.
This step aligns with Mabanee’s strategic vision to accelerate progress on the Aventura Project, a mixed-use development that features a retail mall alongside residential housing components. The enhanced financing structure is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to deliver the project in line with its development timeline and quality standards.
Mabanee continues to focus on expanding its real estate portfolio through well-planned developments that contribute to urban growth and lifestyle enhancement in the region.
The Aventura project in Jaber Al-Ahmad embodies a future vision for development projects in Kuwait, as it is considered one of the sustainable community projects currently under construction within the partnership between the private and public sectors. Mabanee, along with an alliance that includes the National Industries Group and the Privatization Holding Company, is developing the project located within the development of Jaber Al-Ahmad City, where the consortium was selected as the “winning investor” led by Mabanee.
The project’s design vision stems from creating a new destination with a contemporary identity, and an opportunity to enjoy living in a modern, vibrant city, in which the most prominent elements of the inspiring urban environment are harmonized, including residential elements and many facilities and services such as gardens as well as commercial elements.
