MAS Engineering & Construction has announced a strategic partnership with Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) and Saudi Binladin Group to design and construct the infrastructure and underground utilities package for the Ta’awon Entertainment Complex in Dammam.
The large-scale development will cover an area of more than 350,000 square meters and include over 133,000 meters of underground utility networks, supporting one of the region’s major upcoming entertainment destinations.
The project marks another milestone in MAS Engineering & Construction’s expanding portfolio in Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing entertainment and leisure sector. The company said the partnership demonstrates its continued commitment to delivering complex infrastructure solutions that support the Kingdom’s urban transformation and economic diversification goals.
The Ta’awon Entertainment Complex is expected to contribute to the development of modern entertainment infrastructure in the Eastern Province, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to enhance quality of life and create world-class leisure destinations under Vision 2030.
