Ras Laffan Petrochemicals complex – a $6 billion integrated olefins and polyethylene facility at Ras Laffan Industrial City in Qatar.
The project is being built by Ras Laffan Petrochemicals (RLP), which is a joint venture consisting of Qatar Energy with a 70% stake and Chevron Phillips Chemical with a 30% stake.
