Saudi Utility Company awarded the 132kV Substation

Saudi utility Company, (Please Subscribe to view company name) Signed the contract for the project “Design and Construction of Substation 13M”

Saudi based Company (Please Subscribe) has been awarded the contract.

The location of Substation is in Yanbu, Western region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The voltage levels of the substation are 115/34.5kV.

Earlier a total of eight (8) bidders has submitted their proposal.

(Please Subscribe to view company name) has quoted the price of SAR 347 million (1$=3.75 SAR).

Project Description:

The Engineering , Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to provide a complete and functional electrical power system installation in Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah (MYAS) comprising but not limited to: One (01) 115/34.5/13.8kV Substation, Two (02) 115/34.5/13.8kV Satellite Substations, 115 kV direct buried transmission cable circuits, fiber optic cables, duct banks, 34.5kV cable circuits and required necessary modifications to existing substation (SS10J) to interface and integrate with new substations, modifications include the addition of two (02) new bays of 115kV Switchgear .

The period of performance is One Thousand and Ninety-Five (1095) days.
