Saudi Arabia’s Sumou signed a contract of $80 million for Housing Project

Saudi Arabia’s Sumou Real Estate Company announced in a statement that, it has signed a secondary real estate development agreement for the development of area 2 of the Khayala housing Project.

The Project is located in Al Hamdaniya, Jeddah, western region of Saudi Arabia.

The agreement was signed with National Housing Company (NHS).

The value of the agreement is SAR 300 million.

As per agreement, Sumou will build 404 villas on a land area of 105,000 Suaremeters, allocated by the Ministry of Housing to the company.

Work at the project is expected to begin within six months from the signing date and end after three years and a half.
