Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning (Works Affairs), Bahrain awarded the project for Future Generation Reserve Project – Construction of Multi-storey Tower Building.
The Project has been awared to local construction firm, Alghanah Group W.L.L.
The value of signed contract is BHD 23,407,134 (USD 62,253,015).
Earlier, during July 2020, the Ministry announces the bid results for the project (read more). Upon technical and commercial evaltion, the project has been awarded.
The project will consist of 38 floors which includes multi-storey office tower, multi-storey car park, low-rise Food & Beverage outlets and associated site development and landscaping.
The Future Generation Reserve Tower Project, will be constructed in Bahrain Bay of Kingdom of Bahrain.
The construction phase of the project, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.
