Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning (Works Affairs), Bahrain announces the bid results for construction of Multi Storey tower building.
A total of eight bidders has submitted the proposals. Bahrain based construction firm, Al Jameel Construction SPC submitted the lowest bid.
Al Jameel Construction submitted the price of BHD 20,950,000.
Other bidders submitted the proposals includes Alghanah Group , Dadabhai Construction, Al Moayyed Contracting, Cebarco, Kooheji Contractors, Bokhowa Contracting and Sayed Kadhem Al Durazi & Sons Company.
The project will consist of multi-storey office tower, multi-storey car park, low-rise Food & Beverage outlets and associated site development and landscaping.
The Multi Storey tower building will be constructed in Bahrain Bay of Kingdom of Bahrain.
