Public Establishment for Industrial Estates( (Madayn), Oman awards the contract related to Nizwa Industrial City expansion, Phase 3 & 4.
The project covers the expansion of an industrial estate including: construction of a 6.3 Km road, covers land area of 1000000 sqm ,construction of sewage network, construction of a new lifting station, construction of new water pipelines, construction of a new water tank and other related facilities and associated works.
Oman based construction firm, Al Hashemi & Al Rawas Trading & Contracting Company submitted the lowest bid.
Al Hashemi & Al Rawas submitted the price of OMR 5,988,631 (USD 15,575,114).
