Eskan Bank, Bahrain awarded the project, construction of Danaat Al Hoora.
The project has been awarded to Local construction firm, Al Jameel Construction.
The value of the contract is BHD 6.95 million (USD 18.4 million).

As per the tender notification, the development includes approximate 32,684 sq.m built-up area (including parking area), a shared podium of 4 levels.
Ground floor with parking area, commercial facilities and services. First, second and third floor is dedicated for parking. Above third floor with play area and Two (2) connected residential towers with 10 Floors (with 130 three bedroom apartments).
