Eskan Bank, Bahrain invites bids for the construction of Danaat Al Hoora Proejct.
As per the tender notification, the development includes approximate 32,684 sq.m built-up area (including parking area), a shared podium of 4 levels.
Ground floor with parking area, commercial facilities and services. First, second and third floor is dedicated for parking. Above third floor with play area and Two (2) connected residential towers with 10 Floors (with 130 three bedroom apartments).
Contractors who are classified as Grades: A and above as per Ministry of housing and Ministry of works, municipalities affairs and urban planning lists can participate in the bid.
At present, bid submission date 14 March 2021.
