Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company – Luberef announced in a statement that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with APAR Industries Limited, which is one of the key global industrial player present in more than 125 countries with 4 productions plants.
The MOU aims to consider building a Transformer Oil/White Oil plant at the LubeHub, which will support localization of specialty products in KSA.
LubeHub is a value park located at Yanbu, KSA that will provide access to partners to the world class Yanbu Ecosystem, statement mentioned.
