Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, Oman announced in a statement that it has awarded the Construction of Dualization of Adam-Thumrait Road, Part 4 Contract.
The Project was awarded by Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology, Oman.
The value of the contract is approximately OMR 118 million.
Project scope of works includes construction of 135km dualized asphalt road, 241 reinforced concrete (RC) box culverts and one major interchange.
The duration of the project is 39 months.
Earlier during October Galfar awarded $119.5 million Construction of Dualization of Izki Nizwa Road (Qarut-Birakat Al Mawz-Firq) Contract. (read more)
