Oman awards Contract Worth $377.3 million

The Tender Board, Oman held its first meeting of the year (2025) during which it awarded a number of tenders and additional works complementing development projects.

The overall value of the contracts is OMR 145,274,094.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Said Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy, Chairman of the Tender Board.

Major endorsed works included the design and construction of 20 integrated buildings for schools in different governorates of the Sultanate of Oman (OMR 39,711,95), the establishment of a multi-purpose port in the Wilayat of Masirah in the South A’Sharqiyah Governorate (OMR 28,612,449) and an agreement to grant Microsoft software licenses to some government institutions for a period of three years (OMR 21,580,376).
