CORNEX Signs 5.5GWh Strategic Energy Storage Partnership to Support Saudi Arabia’s Energy Transition

CORNEX has taken a major step in strengthening its global footprint with the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Al Rajhi Electrical and GREENGRID in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, on February 3.

The partnership represents a significant milestone in CORNEX’s expansion across the Middle East and underscores its commitment to supporting the region’s clean energy ambitions.

Under the agreement, CORNEX will supply 5.5GWh of advanced energy storage solutions to Al Rajhi Electrical over the next three years. This large-scale commitment highlights the growing demand for reliable and efficient energy storage technologies as Saudi Arabia accelerates its transition toward a more sustainable energy mix.

In line with Saudi Vision 2030, CORNEX will also contribute its research, development, and manufacturing expertise to support localization efforts, including technical assistance for the construction of local manufacturing facilities in the Kingdom. GREENGRID will play a critical role in the partnership by providing integrated supply chain services to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery.

The agreement reflects strong market confidence in CORNEX’s technology and capabilities. Together, the three partners aim to build a localized energy ecosystem that supports long-term sustainability and advances Saudi Arabia’s clean energy future.
