National Investment Company, Kuwait announces that the consortium consisting of National Investments Company, Arkan Kuwait Real Estate Company, Buyout Holding Company, Osoul Investment Company, and Real Estate House Company Awarded the contract for operating Al-Muthanna Complex by the Public-Private Partnership Authority.
Earlier, the consortium announces that, it has has achieved the highest financial and technical bid in the tender for operating Al-Muthanna Complex Project. (read more)
The Project Scope includes rehabilitation, development, renovation, major maintenance, management, operation, and routine maintenance of the Al Muthanna Complex Real Estate Project – located in Kuwait City which is located in Block No. (12) of the Qibla area, within State-owned real estate, and consists of Plots No. (16 and 17) with a total land area of 17,183 square meters.
