Kuwait Oil Company Awards $1.45 billion Worth Flowlines Construction Contracts Across Kuwait

Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has awarded multiple contracts for the construction of flowlines and associated works across various operational areas in Kuwait, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening oil field infrastructure and enhancing production capabilities.

The contracts have been awarded to leading national contractors with extensive experience in oil and gas engineering and construction.

Combined Group Contracting Company K.S.C.P. secured a contract valued at KWD 77,339,975.440 for the execution of flowlines construction and related works.

Mechanical Engineering & Contracting Company W.L.L. was awarded two separate contracts valued at KWD 97,868,393.750 and KWD 97,869,743.750, respectively, covering key flowline installations and associated infrastructure works.

Additionally, Heavy Engineering Industries & Shipbuilding Company K.S.C.P. secured the largest contract among the awarded packages, valued at KWD 174,237,163.800, further strengthening its position in Kuwait’s energy sector.

The awarded scope includes the construction, installation, and commissioning of flowlines and related facilities essential for transporting crude oil and associated products from wellheads to processing facilities. These projects form part of KOC’s broader strategy to maintain operational efficiency, expand production capacity, and support Kuwait’s long-term energy objectives.

The awards highlight continued investment in upstream infrastructure and underline the vital role of local contractors in delivering strategic energy projects across the State of Kuwait.
