In addition, the developments will incorporate public realm elements such as parks and open spaces, alongside full coordination and integration of utility services. The projects aim to ensure that the sites are fully serviced and ready for handover, providing complete infrastructure for future residential use.

The works will be carried out in coordination with key government and service entities, including Riyadh Municipality, National Water Company, Saudi Electricity Company, telecommunications providers, the Real Estate General Authority, and the off-plan sales program “Wafi”.

These projects are designed to serve as integrated urban development models, combining advanced planning, sustainability principles, and modern infrastructure solutions. They are expected to contribute significantly to enhancing quality of life and increasing the supply of residential land in Riyadh.

The awards underscore the continued momentum of infrastructure and housing development initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia’s broader urban expansion strategy.
