On 01/07/2018, Saudi Arabia’s Water & Electricity Company (WEC) received five bids for the Rabigh-3 IWP. Once, the project constructed, the Desalination plant will have a capacity of 600,000 cubic metres a day.

The Rabigh-3 IWP Plant will be located south of Rabigh, on the Red Sea Coast, approximately 150 km north of Jeddah.
