Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) announces the bid results for the project “Maintenance Services for AL-Zour Refinery, Block-1”.
A total of eleven companies has submitted the proposals. Kuwait based GulfSpic General Trading & Contracting Company W.L.L (Gulf Spic) has submitted the lowest price.
GulfSpic has submitted the price of KWD 52,434,000 (1 KWD = 3.28878 USD)
Project Description:
KIPIC invited the bid for Maintenance Services for AL-Zour Refinery, Block-1 during March 2019. KIPIC invited a total of twenty five companies during the bidding stage.
Scope of work requirements are segregated into two major portions “Supply of Manpower Portion” and “Provision of Services Portion”.
The supply of manpower portion covers the supply of skilled and semi-skilled manpower either as Base Maintenance Workforce or as Additional (Temporary) Workforce, to execute various maintenance activities.
The major scope of work includes the maintenance of following equipment/services:
- Mechanical Maintenance Services
- Scaffolding and Painting Services
- Insulation Works
- Sealing of On-stream Equipment Leaks
- Hydro blast cleaning Services
- Hire of Heavy Transport Vehicles and Miscellaneous Mobile equipment
- Civil Maintenance and Road Works
- Refractory & Fire proofing Works
- General Valves Servicing
Contract duration is 63 Months including 3 Months Mobilization Period
