Prestige constructions submits the lowest bid of $35 million for DEWA’s building management centre

Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) announces the bid results for the project “Construction of Building Management Centre for DEWA Water & Civil Division, Phase-1”.

The project location is in Ruwaiyah, Plot# 811-3117, Dubai.

A total of twenty companies has submitted the proposals. However, due to commercial aspects, nine bidder’s proposal has been rejected.

From the accepted bids, UAE based construction company, Prestige constructions LLC has submitted the lowest bid.

Prestige constructions has submitted the price of AED 129,789,000.00

Project Description:

The scope of works includes the construction, completion, handing over and maintenance of Building Management Centre for DEWA Water & Civil Division Phase -1 at Al-Ruwaiyah, Dubai.

Major scope involves architectural, structural, MEP, AC Works, Mechanical Works, electrical, drainage, civil defense, water supply works and will be implemented as per the specifications, terms and conditions of tender document.

Construction of Building Management Centre Project mainly consists of five parts:

  1. Main Office Building
  2. Service Blocks, Security Blocks, Substation & Pump Room
  3. Staff Accommodation
  4. General Store, General Warehouse and Workshop
  5. External works

Contractor needs to achieve the final acceptance of the works by 19 months from Contract Signing Date.

A one-year maintenance period of the building is part of the contract.
