SEC invite bids for Installation of 380kV Reactors

Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) invite the bids for the project  “Installation of 380kV reactors at Wadi Ad Dawaser Substation”.

The Project location is in Wadi Al Dawaser, Central region of Saudi Arabia.

Project scope of work involves the installation of two (2) 380kV Bus connected Reactors, 380kV Hybrid Gas Insulated Switchgear, 380kV Outdoor equipment, exisitng 380kV GIS modifications, 380kV Power Cables & accessories at the existing Wadi Ad Dawaser BSP.

It includes protection, control, communication and SAS/SCADA systems. The BSP shall be equipped with IEC 61850 standards based technically and economically optimized Substation Automation System (SAS) and will be remotely controlled from the SEC Power Control Center (PCC) through SCADA and Communication.

The Contractor shall perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of substation works in a satisfactorily working and operating condition.

Contractor need to achieve the final acceptance of the work within 17 months from the date of contract signed.

At present bid submission date is 20 July 2020.
