Oman invites bid for Dual Carriageway Road of NR 32 Phase 2 at Duqm

Special Economic Authority of DUQM, Oman invites the bid for Construction of Dual Carriageway Road for NR 32 Phase 2 at Duqm.

The project location is in Al Duqm Waliyat of Al Wusta governate.

Scope of work includes, construction of approximately 12 km of dual-carriageway starting from the end station of NR 32 Phase 1 until the end border of Duqm Authority including 2 Roundabouts, wadi Bridge, 1 km single carriageway service Road.

The main components of the project are as follows

• Construction of approx. 12 km of dual carriageways having. 3 lanes on each carriageway with a 12m unpaved median.
• Approx. 1 km service roads in front of Existing Filling Station.
• Two Roundabouts
• One wadi Bridge
• Culverts and drainage catch pits,
• LED street lighting,
• Landscaping.
• Relocation & protection of existing utilities and other ancillary works.
• Weigh Station (Optional)

As per the notification, Interested Companies may obtain Tender against non-refundable payment of OMR 3000.

The bidder should enclose Bank Guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for the value of (1%) of the Tender value validity for one hundred eighty (180) days along with the bid proposals.

At present bid submission date is 22 September 2020.
