Ministry of Housing, Bahrain invites the bids for construction of 520 Housing units as part of East Hidd Housing Project.
Package A Scope of Works includes Construction of 256 Social apartments & its associated exteranal works and Infrastructure in Village C1/C2, East Hidd Housing Project.
Package B Scope of Works includes Construction of 264 Social apartments & its associated external works and Infrastructure in Village B1/B2, East Hidd Housing Project.
The projects are funding by the Grant of the State of Kuwait through the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development KFAED.
As per the notifications, interested bidders can participate the tender by purchasing of tender documents against fee of BHD 100.
Bidders needs to include BHD 50,000 as bid security valid for 180 days along with their proposals.
At present, bid submission date for the both packages is 09 May 2021.
