Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait awards the contract related to construction of housing units and other infrastructure works at the second portion of East Sabah Al-Ahmad project.
The Project was awarded to Kuwait based construction firm, First Group for General Trading and Contracting.
The value of the contract is KWD 68,373,353 (USD 2127.2 millions).
Project scope of works includes construction, completion, maintenance of 587 houses, public buildings, road works, infrastructure services networks and parking lots for the second phase of East Sabah Al-Ahmad project.
The tender was issued by issued by PAHW during December 2019 and the bid was opened during March 2020.
